What should you expect if you do pretty good at a deposition over a personal injury with your attorney?

Well, I would expect to discuss it with my lawyer that is familiar with the case instead of playing guessing games with random people on the internet.

All you can expect is a pat on the back from your attorney. What happens from there is unknown so you can expect nothing beyond that for now.
